How much does waste management software cost in the UK? +
WEEE Manager hosted plans start at £120 a month for up to three users and run to £399 a month for unlimited users. Price is set by team size, not by which features you get. Every hosted plan includes unlimited waste notes, DEFRA DWT-ready records, the Android app, cloud hosting, daily backups and support. There is no setup fee. Self-hosted is priced on application.
Are features locked behind higher plans? +
No. Every hosted plan includes the same platform: waste transfer notes, WEEE notes, jobs, the driver app, walk-round checks, GPS, the customer portal and DWT-ready records. You pick a tier for how many people will log in, not for which modules you need.
Is there a setup fee? +
No. Hosted plans have no setup fee. Onboarding support is included. You can cancel at any time; there is no long-term contract.
What is the DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking Service fee? +
DEFRA charges £26 a year per legal entity that creates or edits records on the Digital Waste Tracking Service once the service is mandatory. That is a government charge, billed separately from software. It is not included in the WEEE Manager monthly price.
Can I change plan if the team grows? +
Yes. Move up a tier when more people need logins. The software is the same; only the user band and monthly price change.
What does self-hosted cost? +
Self-hosted is priced on application. It includes the full source code, unlimited users and hosting on your own infrastructure. Contact us for a quote if you need that option.
Do prices include VAT? +
No. The published monthly figures exclude VAT. Invoices add VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
Is the Android driver app extra? +
