Standing commercial round
Recurring WTN for the agreed stream. Driver still confirms quantities so the note is not a fiction of the contract. Missed lifts show up as jobs, not as a gap in a paper diary.
Digital Waste Tracking Ready
Schedule the round, put the job on the driver’s phone, record what was lifted, and let the customer pull their own note. Collection management without a whiteboard and a group chat.

Rounds, bins, requests
Collection management is the weekly rhythm of a carrier: which bins, which days, which driver, which waste codes, and which note gets issued. Spreadsheets handle a small round until someone is off sick, a customer swears they were missed, or a receiving site wants digital details the same afternoon.
WEEE Manager holds clients and brokers, jobs and staff, collection bins, and optional processing. Recurring WTNs cover the scheduled commercial lift. The driver app is how the round leaves the office. The customer portal is how the customer stops phoning for a copy of last month’s notes.
Carrier registration, GPS and Phase 2 timing are on waste carrier software. Platform overview: waste management software UK.
Ad-hoc lifts and standing rounds use the same objects: a customer, a job, a driver, items with EWC codes, a note.
Recurring WTN for the agreed stream. Driver still confirms quantities so the note is not a fiction of the contract. Missed lifts show up as jobs, not as a gap in a paper diary.
Client submits a request in the portal. Office converts it to a job. Driver completes it. Note and stats appear back in the portal without an email chain of PDFs.

Rounds, recurring notes, the customer portal, and how the driver app fits.
It is software that plans and runs collections: customers, bins or containers, recurring rounds, job assignment to drivers, and the paperwork that each lift produces. WEEE Manager adds a customer portal so clients can request collections and pull their own waste notes instead of ringing the office.
Yes. Recurring waste transfer notes cover scheduled collections of the same stream. Jobs still carry the EWC codes and quantities so the note matches what was actually lifted.
Yes. The customer portal lets clients log in, view documents and statistics, and submit collection requests. That is included on hosted plans, not sold as a separate “customer app”.
Jobs appear in the Android app as soon as they are assigned. The driver sees items, codes, contact details and navigation. GPS is visible to admin. Walk-round checks sit on the same device.
Collection bins and jobs are in the base system. A processing plugin is available for sites that treat or sort inbound material. Ask on a demo if you need that workflow.
